Testimonials
Physician B-Sides provided the precise operational and financial blueprint I needed to bridge the gap between clinical practice and scalable medical entrepreneurship. By rigorously applying the curriculum's actionable methodologies, I successfully designed, funded, and launched my own chain of direct primary care clinics. This course is an indispensable investment for any physician ready to transition from a volume-dependent employee to an equity-focused practice owner

Ben Plassman
Ben Plassman is the founder of Physician B-Sides, a course created to help physicians understand how the business of healthcare actually works, and how to use that understanding to build greater leverage, ownership, and impact. He is also the owner of Health Bridge Solutions, a healthcare finance consulting firm, and the founder of Imaging Benchmark, a medical imaging business intelligence site.
With an MBA in Finance, a background in leading healthcare organizations, and experience helping practices, hospitals, billing companies, and other healthcare businesses improve performance, Ben has spent years working inside the financial and operational realities that drive healthcare from behind the scenes.
Ben’s goal is to help physicians see the terrain more clearly: where money flows, where incentives create opportunity, where value is captured, and how to make better strategic decisions before making costly moves. The result is a more informed physician, one who is better positioned to lead, build assets, and create influence in a system that has too often been shaped by people far removed from patient care.
